Improvements

Qns 1: What's the worst part about running?

Having to drag myself down to run... The mental 'fight' is exhausting...

Qns 2: What's the best part about running?

When I finally take my first step and start running knowing that I've got past the worst part...

It was quite random... I decided to time myself on 2.4km... 12 mins! I see vast improvements! And I can mount the DIgusting bar 5 times liao... But my palm hurts... And the callouses are coming out... OH LORD!
