Well, I didn't do very well for my solo... I couldn't play very loud either... My lips were too tired... There wasn't enough time for me to rest my lips... I should be glad the mistakes were reduced to the least... I'm so not going to play solo again... It's really really tiring...
My intonation got really bad at Arirang... My high notes were damn sharp... I couldn't adjust it... If I were to move my lips slightly lower to flatten the notes... It will definitely mispitch... Forcing the high notes out is just DIgusting...
The thought of that lousy conductor makes me fume... Arirang 5/8 bar also conducted wrongly... Movement 1 - Year of The Dragon he conducted that f***king part in twos... Why can't he just conduct in straight fours??? We are not professional players and alot of them are still sightreading the pieces... He not only rushed the 3/8 bar in Movement 3 but conducted faster... That tempo is definitely not 128... Joel broke down at the running notes... I think everyone is already so tired from the lack of rest... Less than 1 hour of rest before the actual concert starts... That stupid conductor even conducted Figure "O" wrongly making the whole band break down... WTF... Screw him la... I hope Hardy fails his conducting exam...
Had to cab back home with my friends... Guess the illness is really kicking in... My agenda for tomorrow... Falling sick... Enough of my rants... Time to sleep... F**king angry...
