My Workout Schedule

On Weekdays Only

Morning Session
15 mins hula hoop to get my waist back (This is really tiring and it makes me sweat like a dog)
2.4 Km run at garden to train stamina
Hang on the Bar for 1 min to train my wrists and hands... (I have really smooth hands... I don't wanna get callouses like Timo! *weep* T_T *weep*

Night Session
30 mins of skipping to train long jump (depending on my mood)
100 Sit-ups to reduce my tummy (This is a MUST everyday)
100 Push-ups to train my arms (Hopefully I can)

If I adhere strictly to the schedules planned... IPPT shouldn't be that tough....
